This web site has been built by the Eclipse Group and is maintained by FOXTEL (Event Organiser). The FOXTEL Lap event fundraising sees all proceeds going to the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI).
The FOXTEL Lap web site respects the privacy of your personal and financial information and we are bound by the National Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1998. It is important to us that our online environment is not only easy to use and convenient, but private and secure as well. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy.

Corporate Registration
Registration requires your basic Company details, which are used to issue you with a Corporate ID. This ID is used to link your staff to your Company which entitles us to see how many participants are involved and the amount of funds raised per Company. The company details entered will also be used to issue your organisation an invoice for team registration.
Participant Registration
These details are used for the purpose of participant registration and to issue individuals with a user name and password. Participants will be able to log in to view their sponsorship details and access other participant and team information.
Secure Socket Layer
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from our online products or services. These activities are conducted at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security.
Please note this site is secured using a Secure Socket Layer(SSL). This ensures that confidential information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. SSL security makes eavesdropping on secure web traffic almost impossible.
The FOXTEL Lap wants to ensure that all of our supporters can donate and sponsor online with complete confidence. We have taken every possible measure to give security to our customers in their dealings with us. Credit card transactions take place in this secure environment and you must notify your credit card provider in the event of any unauthorised use of your credit card, in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Team Registration Refund Policy
If a team registered for the FOXTEL Lap has paid the registration fee, and for any reason is unable to participate in the event, any registration fees will not be refunded fee. On the occurence of such and event these funds will be considered to have been made as a donation to the "FOXTEL Lap".
Donation Refund Policy
The FOXTEL Lap will refund any donation given in error by the donor for a period of 14 days after the donation has been received. To receive a refund, the donor must send a written request and copy of the receipt to brooke.hodgson@foxtel.com.au or by mail to:

If a participant in the FOXTEL Lap for any reason is unable to participate in the event, no donations will be refunded. On the occurence of such an event, these donations will be considered to have been made to the "FOXTEL Lap" and the funds will then be distributed to MCRI.
Delivery and Returns Policy
As a donation made to The FOXTEL LAP for the purpose of MCRI is a gift, there will be no goods or services provided in exchange for the donation.
Third Party Software
The FOXTEL Lap web site may involve the use of third party software. If not already installed on your system, we will supply direct links to the third-parties web site from where the software may be downloaded. We believe this software to be suitable for its intended purpose, however you should read carefully the terms and conditions imposed by the third party on the use of their software.
Children's privacy
The safety of children is very important to us.
We ask that children under the age of 16 have a parent or guardian verify their membership application with Amber Projects.
Whilst FOXTEL Management Pty Ltd will make every reasonable effort to ensure that children's privacy and other rights are not compromised, it is ultimately the responsibility of parents to monitor their children's Internet usage.
Children should always ask a parent before sending any transmission over the Internet.
What else you should know about privacy?
